rolled archival print on hanger
Blogroll is 5-inch x 36-foot long digital archival print out of my photo blog rolled up and hung from a towel rack on the wall. The print contains about 1800 images collected via re-blogging images on my Tumblr account (https://bearmod.tumblr.com) during a 63 day period from February to April 2011. The piece functions as a self-critical physical manifestation of my photo collecting addiction as well as a cathartic fulfillment of my personal desire to see and touch the scroll that hides in virtuality behind the computer screen through which I am normally restricted to mouse-scrolling interactions.
